All prices on the website are in Swedish kronor or Euro depending on which currency you choose. All prices include VAT (25%) within Sweden. Orders within the EU include applicable import taxes and customs duties in the sales price. If an order is made from a country outside the EU, the prices are exclusive of VAT. Goods sent to countries outside the EU may incur VAT and customs duties when they reach the recipient’s country. In these cases, the recipient is responsible for the fees. VAT will be based on your total order value, regardless of whether your order is covered by a promotion. It should be noted that Winterlife AB has no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount for each country. If you have questions regarding VAT or customs fees, please contact the Swedish Customs for further information.
We have no minimum order value or requirement for the minimum number of products when ordering. This is so that you as a consumer can choose freely from our range. We reserve the right to make any price adjustments, changes in stock and obvious typographical errors that may prevail on the website. We believe and hope that this is something you consumers understand.
We use Klarna as a payment method. You can choose between invoice, card payment or partial payment. You can read more about Klarna’s payment options here https://www.klarna.com/se/villkor/
Free shipping on all orders within Sweden over 1000 SEK. For orders under 1000, a shipping fee of 75 SEK will be added.

If we receive uncollected packages back, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred in connection with the return.
Our ambition is to send your order as soon as possible. Remember that the delivery time can be longer during periods of high sales and in connection with public holidays.
At checkout, you see exactly which prices and delivery methods apply to your particular order.
Does not fit the size or not satisfied? No problem, you can change or return your order.
You can return your goods no later than 30 days after receiving your order. Please note that all returned products must be in original condition for a full refund.
In the event of a return, we will charge SEK 59 for shipping in connection with a refund of your / your goods. When changing size or model, shipping is free.
To make a return or exchange, follow the steps below:
- register your return by clicking here, return slip will be emailed shortly
- pack your products in the original packaging or similar
- Swedish customers – use the prepaid DHL return slip. Attach the label to the packaging and hand it in at a DHL service point.
- Customers outside Sweden – You are responsible for the goods coming back to us, you pay the return shipping yourself.
The fastest way to change size is to place a new order in our webshop. You can also go into Klarna’s app and pause the invoice by clicking “Report return”.
If you have purchased Winterlife products from a retailer, you should contact the retailer / store for questions about exchanges and complaints.
If you have returned all or part of your order, you can easily log in to Klarna’s app or klarna.com and report your return, then your invoice will be paused until we have handled your return.
PERSONAL INFORMATION & SECURITY
When you shop with us, you agree that Winterlife stores and uses your information, we do this to be able to handle and deliver your order and to be able to let you as a customer take part in our news / offers in the form of newsletters. With the help of your personal information, we may check your credit status and your address. The information we collect is not in any public registers and is therefore not visible to other private individuals or companies. Under no circumstances will we sell or transfer your personal information to anyone else.
The GDPR gives you the right to request extracts from the information registered about you.
If any information is misleading, incomplete or incorrect, we will of course correct it if / when you inform us. You can also request that the information about you be deleted.
Winterlife AB performs serious and ambitious work with security and we continuously upgrade and update our systems to maintain this website to a safe place for our customers. Any attempt to use fake or stolen credit card information, gain access to another person’s purchase account or other criminal activity will be reported to the police authorities. We track IP addresses to be able to use them in criminal investigations and proceedings.
If Winterlife fails to comply with its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to unusual adverse circumstances beyond our control, Winterlife cannot be held liable. Examples of such can be wars, civil wars, revolutions, riots, government actions, strikes, lockouts, blockades, power outages, telephone or internet services, natural disasters or similar events.
We do our best to make all our customers happy. We always try to satisfy you if something is wrong with your purchase. If there is something we can not solve, we recommend that you make a complaint to the General Complaints Board for an independent investigation. We proceed with all matters.
