Minimum order amount is 200 SEK.
When we have received your order a confirmation will be sent to you via email. Always check your order confirmation to make it sure it matches your request. If something in your Order confirmation seems amiss, please contact us ASAP.
If you see any visible damage to your package upon receipt, please notify the shipping company directly when you retreive the package. If you notice that the contents of your package are damaged when unpacking your order please contact us ASAP at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you identify easily and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. Terms for delivery
Delivery times – orders will be shipped within 8-10 business days. Shipping cost is not included. Free shipping on orders over 10.000 SEK.
Right to withdraw, “cooling off” period
We want you to feel comfortable and secure when shopping at Winter Life AB. You have 14 days starting the day you receive your package to return your order. Please contact us at: email@example.com before returning your order. You must pay all return shipping costs and will also pay additional shipping costs in the event of an exchange.
Items should be returned within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Orders should be returned in their original condition and should include their original packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply on goods that are custom made according to the wishes of the consumer.
Within the EU, you have 2 years of consumer protection as a consumer. Only production errors are covered by the right of complaint and och and, for example, do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear. If a product is not in accordance with the description and is incorrect contact Winter Life AB and return the item within a reasonable period of time. Upon receipt, the customer should carefully examine all items to make sure they are error free. In case of complaint, contact us at Winter Life AB and state the reason for the complaint. Then we make an agreement regarding repair, return and/or a refund or reduction of fund. We offer no additional Commercial warranty.
In the event of a return, you must pay for return shipping. The price for return shipping varies depending on the packages weight/volume and which shipping company you choose. Returns should be sent to our business address which can be found at the bottom of our webpage. Please consider that your are responsible for the items until we receive them. Please package items carefully to avoid damage and consider using traceable shipping.
We reserve ourselves for any printing errors, technical issues, out of stock products and delays in delivery outside our control.
